Chicago

Sitting on the southern shores of Lake Michigan (one of America’s Great Lakes), Chicago is the 3rd largest city in the USA and home to over 9 million people. A city of many names, perhaps the most famous being the ‘Windy City’, with no explanation needed. Its skyline is as well known as that of New York, a vast panorama of skyscrapers, with the Sears Tower (Willis Tower) an icon of the city since 1973, and at the time the tallest building in the world.

Other well-known landmarks of the Chicago skyline are the John Hancock Center, the Trump International Hotel and Tower and 35 East Wacker Drive.
