The Edison Downtown was L.A.’s first ever power plant, built in 1910 by Thomas Higgins, a copper baron. After spending many years derelict and underwater, it was finally rescued by Andrew Meieran and Marc Smith, who have created an incredible post-industrial venue for Los Angeles bar-goers. The Edison wanted a set of virtual tours which would effectively display the original architectural features, atmospheric decor and lighting to potential customers. We created an interface with a floorplan and soundtrack with which to display the tours, and you can view this complete tour here. To see the individual tours, simply click on the thumbnails below.

- 360In addition to panoramic stills photography, I also create interactive 360 virtual tours. These 360s enable the viewer to step inside an image, viewing a full 360° around the scene. You can find a a small selection of my favourite interactive 360 virtual tours below, just click the thumbnails. I have captured a wide variety of interactive panoramas over the years – from city skylines to desert landscapes, from festivals to fashion, from architecture to alternative energy. Make sure you use the ‘FULLSCREEN’ button to see the 360 virtual tours with maximum impact. Please visit my virtual tour company to see more (corporate) examples.
